Description
The Eagle Group PHT3CB-120 is a high-performance electric serving counter designed for efficient hot food service. Measuring 50-3/4"W, it features three 12" x 20" wells that can be used for wet or dry applications, each equipped with precise thermostatic controls for optimal temperature management. The recessed control panel includes a master toggle switch with an indicator light for easy operation. Constructed with a durable 430 stainless steel top and body, this portable hot food table ensures longevity and easy maintenance. It includes an 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board for added convenience. The stainless steel enclosed base enhances stability, while the 22 gauge stainless steel track sliding doors with recessed handles provide easy access to stored items. Mobility is facilitated by four 5" swivel plate casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for secure positioning. The table is supported by robust 1-5/8" diameter x 7-1/2"H stainless steel tubular legs, ensuring a sturdy setup. With a power output of 2.25kW, operating at 120v/60/1-ph and 18.8 amps, this unit is designed for efficiency and reliability.
