The Eagle Group SHT2-208 is a high-performance electric serving counter designed for hot food service. It features a sealed well design with two 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, allowing for both wet and dry operation. The unit measures 33"W x 32-1/4"D x 35-1/2"H and is equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management. It includes two 3/4" drains and a drain manifold with a valve for easy maintenance. The removable 8"D polyethylene cutting board provides additional workspace, while the stainless steel dish shelf and adjustable undershelf offer convenient storage options. Constructed from 20/430 highly polished stainless steel, the top and body ensure durability and easy cleaning. The unit is supported by 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable bullet feet for stability on uneven surfaces. With a power output of 1428 watts at 208v/60/1-ph and 6.9 amps, it is designed for efficient operation.
