The Eagle Group SHT3-240 is a versatile electric hot food serving counter designed for efficient food service. Measuring 48"W x 32-1/4"D x 35-1/2"H, it features a sealed well design suitable for both wet and dry operation. The unit includes three 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, each equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management. It is designed with three 3/4" drains and a drain manifold with a valve for easy maintenance. The counter comes with a removable 8"D polyethylene cutting board, a stainless steel dish shelf for convenient storage, and an adjustable stainless steel undershelf for added flexibility.
