The Eagle Group SHT5-240 is a high-performance electric serving counter designed for hot food service. Measuring 79"W x 32-1/4"D x 35-1/2"H, this unit features a sealed well design that accommodates wet or dry operation. It includes five 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, each equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management. The table is designed for efficiency with five 3/4" drains and a drain manifold with valve for easy maintenance. A removable 8"D polyethylene cutting board provides additional workspace, while the stainless steel dish shelf and adjustable stainless steel undershelf offer ample storage. Constructed from 20/430 highly polished stainless steel, the top and body ensure durability and easy cleaning. The unit is supported by 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable stainless steel bullet feet for stability on uneven surfaces. With a powerful output of 4750 watts at 240v/60/1-ph and 19.8 amps, this hot food table is equipped with a NEMA 6-30P plug and meets NSF and cULus standards for safety and performance.
