The Eagle Group SPHT2-240 is a versatile electric hot food serving counter designed for both wet and dry operation. Measuring 35-1/2"W x 32-1/4"D x 34"H, it features two 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management. The unit includes two 3/4" drains and a drain manifold with a valve for easy maintenance. A removable 8"D polyethylene cutting board provides additional workspace, while a stainless steel dish shelf and adjustable stainless steel undershelf offer convenient storage options. The push bar attached to the end panel enhances mobility, supported by 4" diameter swivel casters. Constructed from 20/430 highly polished stainless steel, the top and body ensure durability and easy cleaning. The unit is equipped with 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs for stability. Operating at 240v/60/1-ph with a power draw of 7.9 amps, it is compatible with NEMA 6-15P and meets NSF and cULus standards for safety and performance.
