Eagle Group SPHT3-240-3

The Eagle Group SPHT3-240-3 is a portable electric hot food serving counter designed for versatility and efficiency. Measuring 50-1/2"W x 32-1/4"D x 34"H, it features a durable stainless steel construction with a highly polished 20/430 stainless steel top and body. This unit operates in both wet and dry modes, equipped with three 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, each with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management. The hot food table includes three 3/4" drains with a drain manifold and valve for easy maintenance. A removable 8"D polyethylene cutting board provides additional workspace, while a stainless steel dish shelf and adjustable undershelf enhance storage options. The unit is supported by 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs and features 4" diameter swivel casters for mobility. With a power output of 2850 watts at 240v/60/3-ph and a current draw of 6.9 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 15-20P plug and meets NSF and cULus standards for safety and performance.
