The Eagle Group SPHT3-240 is a versatile electric hot food serving counter designed for both wet and dry operation. Measuring 50-1/2"W x 32-1/4"D x 34"H, it features three 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, each equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management. The unit includes three 3/4" drains with a drain manifold and valve for easy maintenance. A removable 8"D polyethylene cutting board enhances functionality, while the stainless steel dish shelf and adjustable undershelf provide ample storage space.
