The safety thermostat ensures precise temperature control, while the motor-assisted tilt feature allows for effortless pouring and serving. The intuitive touch control panel simplifies operation, and the integrated USB port offers convenient connectivity. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this braising pan is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. It operates at 15.5 kW with a 208V/60/3-phase power supply, drawing 43.0 amps. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, it meets high safety and hygiene standards, and its IPX6 rating ensures protection against water ingress, making it suitable for various cooking environments.
