With a dual-function capability, this non-insulated heater/proofer cabinet offers both proofing and heating modes. The proof mode maintains humidity levels from 30% to 95%, while the heat mode reaches nominal temperatures up to 185°F (85°C). An integrated air baffle and circulating air blower ensure even heat distribution throughout the cabinet.
Mobility is enhanced with (2) swivel plate casters and (2) swivel/brake plate casters equipped with polyurethane tread, allowing for easy maneuverability and stability.
