The Forbes Industries 5203-6-H2 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is a 6 ft. rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features two strategically positioned holding and warming induction units on the left and right sides. This serving counter includes an enclosed cabinet with doors, offering ample storage with a middle and bottom shelf. The tapered corner supports enhance stability and aesthetics. The induction units are equipped with SmartScan® technology, offering 20 hold temperature settings ranging from 90°F to 440°F, with temperature display options in either °F or °C.
Control is user-friendly with an LED power and temperature display, knob-set thermostat, and a touch-sensitive control box framed in stainless steel.
