The Frymaster 2FQE60U is an electric fryer battery designed for high-volume frying with two 60 lb. capacities. It features built-in automatic filtration for optimal oil management and a user-friendly FilterQuick 4000 "Easy Touch" controller for seamless operation. The rack-type basket support and twin baskets enhance efficiency, while the included filter starter kit ensures easy setup. With an 8 GPM pump for rapid filtration, a bottom splash shield for cleanliness, and a durable stainless steel frypot, door, and cabinet sides, this fryer is built for longevity. Adjustable casters provide mobility, and it meets cULus, NSF, ENERGY STAR®, and Enerlogic® certifications for energy efficiency and safety.
