Its built-in filtration system ensures clean oil for optimal frying results, while the open frypot design allows for easy access and maintenance. The fryer features an automatic melt cycle and boil-out temperature control for precise cooking. A temperature probe is included for accurate monitoring. The unit comes equipped with a rack-type basket support, basket hanger, and twin baskets for versatile frying options. Constructed from stainless steel, the frypots, doors, and cabinets ensure durability and easy cleaning.
