The FWE MT-1826-18P is a mobile, full-height heated holding and humidified cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru unit features 12 adjustable tray slides spaced 4-1/2" apart, accommodating either 12 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 12 pans measuring 12" x 20".
Equipped with two field-reversible doors and magnetic workflow door handles, it ensures easy access from both sides. The moisture-temperature system allows for precise control, with individual electronic settings for temperature and humidity. An optional range thermometer is available for enhanced monitoring.
The cabinet includes a removable water reservoir and a built-in drip trough with a removable drain plug for easy maintenance.
