The FWE PHTT-4-CV is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and serving. It features Clymate IQ® technology with controlled venting to maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels. The cabinet accommodates (4) pairs of universal tray slides, allowing for (4) 18" x 26" trays or (8) 12" x 20" trays, with adjustable spacing of 4-1/2" on center in 1-1/2" increments.
Equipped with a humidified holding system, it offers individual heat and humidity controls for precise management of food quality. The insulated design includes a removable water reservoir for easy maintenance. The cabinet has a flush-mounted door and recessed hand grips for convenient access. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, it features (5) casters—(2) rigid and (2) swivel with brakes—for easy mobility. The unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified, with an IPX4 rating for water resistance.
