The FWE PHTT-6 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and service. It features Clymate IQ® technology for precise temperature and humidity control, ensuring food stays at the perfect serving conditions. The cabinet accommodates up to six universal tray slides, with a capacity for either six 18" x 26" trays or twelve 12" x 20" trays, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments for versatile storage options.
The humidified holding system maintains moisture levels, while individual heat and humidity controls allow for customized settings. Constructed with insulated stainless steel for durability, the cabinet includes a removable water reservoir for easy maintenance. The flush-mounted door and recessed hand grips enhance accessibility, and the 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—provide mobility and stability.
