It accommodates up to four 18" x 26" trays or eight 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing of 3" on center, allowing for customization in food placement. The cabinet features adjustable moisture control and a user-friendly touchscreen interface with eight programmable presets, ensuring precise heating and holding capabilities. It can reach heating temperatures of up to 350°F and maintain holding temperatures up to 190°F. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet is insulated for energy efficiency and features a flush-mounted door for easy access. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, including two rigid and two swivel casters with brakes, making it easy to transport within your kitchen.
