The FWE RH-6-MT Rethermalization & Holding Cabinet is an electric, mobile solution designed for efficient food service. It accommodates up to six 18" x 26" trays or twelve 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing of 3" on center, allowing for customization in 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet features adjustable moisture control and intuitive touchscreen controls, offering eight program presets for versatile operation. It heats up to 350°F and maintains holding temperatures up to 190°F, ensuring optimal food quality. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet is insulated for energy efficiency and features a flush-mounted door for easy access. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, including two rigid and two swivel with brakes. The unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
