The top-mounted circulating heat system ensures even heat distribution, while electronic temperature controls allow for precise settings ranging from 90°F to 190°F. This cabinet includes two 18" x 26" shelves for versatile storage options. The field-reversible door features a magnetic workflow handle for easy access. Constructed with a durable 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and a 22-gauge stainless steel interior, it is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The cabinet is equipped with 2" casters, all of which are braked for stability.
