The FWE UHST-13D-HO is a mobile heated cabinet designed for high output and efficiency. It features a slim-line design with capacity for (13) pairs of universal tray slides, accommodating either (13) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" pans, with adjustable spacing of 4-1/2" on 1-1/2" increments. The top-mounted forced air heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the adjustable thermostat allows for a temperature range of 90°F to 240°F. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this cabinet is insulated for optimal heat retention and includes (2) Dutch doors for easy access. The design incorporates push bars and a wraparound bumper for mobility and protection. It is equipped with 5" casters, featuring (2) rigid and (2) swivel wheels with brakes for stability. The cabinet meets UL, cULus, UL EPH Classified, and IPX4 standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any kitchen environment.
