Description
The Groen BPP-40EC is an electric tilting skillet braising pan designed for high-capacity cooking with a generous 40-gallon capacity and a 10" deep pan. Standing at 38" tall, it features IPX6 water-rated electronic Classic controls for reliable operation. The power tilt function allows for easy pouring and serving, while standard etch marks help with portion control. Additional features include a faucet bracket for convenient water access, a vent cover for efficient steam management, and a sturdy round tubular open leg base with bullet feet for stability. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this braising pan delivers exceptional performance with a powerful 15.3kW output. It meets cUL, UL, and NSF standards and is proudly made in the USA.
