Description
The Groen PT-40 is a stationary direct steam kettle with a generous 40-gallon capacity, designed for efficient cooking and food preparation. It features a durable 2/3 jacket for optimal heat distribution and a 316 stainless steel liner that ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion. The kettle is equipped with a 2" TDO for easy drainage and a 1/4" perforated strainer to keep food particles contained. Its robust pedestal base provides stability, while the hinged cover allows for convenient access. Operating at a maximum pressure of 25 PSI, the Groen PT-40 is ideal for high-volume cooking in commercial kitchens.
