Description

The Hobart HL120-40STD is a versatile planetary mixer designed for efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens. This bench-type mixer features a 12-quart capacity, making it ideal for a variety of mixing tasks. It operates on a 200-240V power supply and offers three fixed speeds plus a stir speed, allowing for precise control over mixing consistency. Equipped with a gear-driven transmission, the HL120-40STD ensures reliable performance, while the 15-minute SmartTimer™ helps manage mixing times effectively. The mixer includes a manual bowl lift for easy access and a #12 taper attachment hub for added versatility with various attachments. The stainless steel bowl, aluminum “B” beater, stainless steel “D” wire whip, and aluminum dough arm provide durability and ease of cleaning. Additionally, the stainless steel ingredient chute and bowl guard enhance safety and convenience during operation.
