Description
The Hoshizaki KMH-2100SRJZ is a high-capacity cube-style ice maker designed for commercial use. With a width of 36 inches, this air-cooled unit features a remote condenser (sold separately) and can produce up to 2034 pounds of ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with an AHRI certified output of 1850 pounds at 90°/70°. It creates crescent-shaped ice cubes, ideal for various applications. The stainless steel finish ensures durability and easy maintenance, while the R-404A refrigerant provides efficient cooling. Operating at 208-230V/60/1-ph with a 15.1 amp draw, this ice maker is equipped with H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial Agent for enhanced hygiene. It meets NSF and UL standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified, making it an environmentally friendly choice. For optimal performance, pair this model with a compatible "Z" model remote condenser.
