Description
The Hoshizaki PR46B-D2 is a high-performance refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and durability. This one-section unit offers a spacious 11.23 cu. ft. of storage, featuring a rail capacity for six 1/3 size pans, with pans and adapter bars included. It includes two drawers, each capable of holding two 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans (pans sold separately). The prep table is equipped with a 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board, providing a sturdy workspace. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top, along with a stainless steel interior, it ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/3 HP compressor. The unit comes with a power cord and NEMA 5-15P plug, meeting cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards for safety and reliability.
