The Hoshizaki SR48B-12D2 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a spacious 48"W design with a 13.66 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It includes a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system that ensures efficient cooling. The unit is equipped with one door and one adjustable shelf, providing flexible storage options. Additionally, it comes with two drawers and twelve 1/6 size pans that are 4" deep, accommodating a maximum pan depth of 6" for both the drawer and top rail. A 10" D x 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board is included for convenient food prep. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, including the front, sides, and hinged top cover, this unit is built for durability and easy cleaning. It features four 6" casters, two of which have brakes, allowing for easy mobility and stability. The hot gas condensate removal system enhances efficiency, while the R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 1/5 HP compressor ensure optimal performance.
