The 3/4" thick, smooth polished steel plate ensures even heat distribution and easy food release. This griddle includes aeration baffles for enhanced temperature control and manual controls for precise adjustments. A continuous pilot light provides reliable ignition, while the 4" wide grease gutter and removable 1-gallon grease can with a weep hole facilitate easy cleanup and maintenance. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, ledge, and splash guards, the IMGA-2428 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It stands on sturdy 4" stainless steel legs, ensuring stability and support.
