The Imperial IMGA-7228 1 is a high-performance gas countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchens. The 1" thick, smooth polished steel plate ensures even heat distribution and durability. The 4" wide grease gutter effectively collects excess grease, while the removable 1-gallon grease can with a weep hole simplifies cleanup.
