The InSinkErator WX-500-18A-WX101 WasteXpress® Food Waste Reduction System efficiently reduces bulk kitchen waste by up to 85%, converting 10 bags of waste into less than 2 bags. It processes an impressive 700 lbs of waste per hour, transforming it into 100% organic compost or a blend of food waste with up to 50% disposables. This system features a powerful 5 HP WasteXpress grinder equipped with a factory-installed 3" to 2" waste outlet reducer. The NEMA 4X WasteXpress WX101A control panel ensures reliable operation, while the integrated dewatering unit enhances waste management efficiency. The 18" type "A" sink bowl assembly includes two water nozzles, a splash baffle, and a bowl cover for optimal functionality. Additional components include a disposer mount, syphon breaker, 5 GPM flow control valve, magnetic silver saver, a 10-gallon waste bin, and two 24v water solenoids. All grinder, control panel, and dewatering unit components are constructed from durable stainless steel for long-lasting performance.
