The InSinkErator WX-500-6-WX101 WasteXpress® Food Waste Reduction System efficiently reduces bulk kitchen waste by up to 85%, transforming 10 bags of waste into less than 2 bags. Capable of processing up to 700 lbs of waste per hour, it converts waste into 100% organic material suitable for composting, or a blend of food waste with up to 50% disposables. This system features a powerful 5 HP WasteXpress grinder equipped with a factory-installed 3" to 2" waste outlet reducer. The NEMA 4X WasteXpress WX101A control panel ensures reliable operation, while the integrated dewatering unit enhances efficiency. The package includes a #6 collar adaptor for seamless welding into troughs or sinks, a splash baffle, disposer mount, syphon breaker, and a 5 GPM flow control valve. Additional components include a magnetic silver saver, a 10-gallon waste bin, and two 24V water solenoids. The grinder, control panel, and dewatering unit are constructed from durable stainless steel, ensuring longevity and performance. Note that dish tables, plumbing, and electrical connections are not included.
