The Irinox MULTIFRESH MF 100.2 SC PLUS is a high-performance blast chiller and shock freezer designed for commercial kitchens. This self-contained roll-in unit accommodates one standard universal angle rolling rack, compatible with 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans or 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans. It boasts an impressive blast chill/freeze capacity of 220 lbs, rapidly cooling from 194°F to 37°F in approximately 90 minutes, or from 194°F to 0°F in about 4 hours.
Equipped with user-friendly touch pad controls, the MF 100.2 SC PLUS features four standard chilling and freezing cycles, along with 122 dynamic, chef-designed, icon-controlled product-specific cycles. Users can customize and save replicable cycles, access a favorites menu, and utilize WIFI or USB for seamless data transfer to HACCP software.
This versatile unit supports low-temperature cooking, automatic chilling, freezing, hot holding, thawing, proofing, regeneration, holding, dehydration, pasteurization, and chocolate melting. The temperature range spans from 185°F to -40°F, ensuring precise control for various culinary applications. A multi-sensor temperature probe and the automatic SANIGEN® sanitation system enhance food safety and hygiene.
Constructed from durable 304-grade stainless steel, the MF 100.2 SC PLUS features a 2-1/4" thick insulated floor for energy efficiency. The IRINOX BALANCE SYSTEM® air-cooled condensing unit, powered by a 6 hp compressor, operates with R404a refrigerant. This unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Please note that due to its size, the unit is shipped knocked down and requires assembly in the field.
