The Irinox MULTIFRESH MF 100.2 is a high-performance roll-in blast chiller and shock freezer designed for commercial kitchens. Standing at 91-3/4 inches tall, it accommodates one single standard universal angle rolling rack, compatible with 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans or 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans (racks and pans sold separately). This unit boasts an impressive blast chill and freeze capacity of 220 lbs, rapidly cooling from a finish cooked temperature of 194°F to 37°F in approximately 90 minutes, or to 0°F in about 4 hours.
Equipped with user-friendly touch pad controls, the MF 100.2 offers four standard chilling and freezing cycles, along with 51 dynamic, chef-designed, icon-controlled product-specific cycles. Users can customize and record replicable cycles, and access a favorites menu for quick selections. Data transfer to HACCP software is facilitated via WIFI or USB.
The multi-sensor temperature probe ensures precise monitoring, while the automatic SANIGEN® sanitation system maintains hygiene standards. Constructed from durable 304 grade stainless steel, it features a 2-1/4-inch thick insulated floor for enhanced energy efficiency. The IRINOX BALANCE SYSTEM® includes a remote energy-efficient air-cooled condensing unit with a 6 hp compressor rating. The unit is compliant with cULus and UL EPH standards, ensuring reliability and safety in food service operations.
