The Irinox MULTIFRESH NEXT ML Essential Eco-Silent is a high-performance blast chiller and shock freezer designed for professional kitchens. This reach-in unit features a capacity for (9) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (18) 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans, ensuring ample space for your food storage needs.
Equipped with five essential cycles—Blast Chilling, Shock Freezing, Cold Holding, and Continuous Modes—this unit guarantees efficient cooling and freezing with a yield capacity of 110 lbs. It operates quietly, thanks to electronic 5-speed evaporator fans and variable speed electronic condenser fans, managing temperatures from -31ºF to +185ºF.
The rapid blast chill capability allows you to cool food from 194°F to 37°F in approximately 90 minutes, while the rapid shock freeze function can take food from 194°F to 0°F in about 4 hours. This performance is validated through rigorous testing in compliance with IRINOX procedures.
Additional features include USB HACCP data transfer, automatic cold and frozen holding, touch pad controls, a temperature probe, and an automatic SANIGEN® sanitation system. The unit is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, both internally and externally, and comes with four stainless steel wire shelves and adjustable legs.
The self-contained air-cooled condensing unit operates with R290 propane refrigerant and is ETL certified for electrical safety and sanitation standards. Please note that the unit comes with a cord but no plug; a suggested plug is L15-30P NEMA.
