The Irinox MULTIFRESH NEXT ML EXCELLENCE ECO-SILENT is a versatile blast chiller and shock freezer designed for professional kitchens. This reach-in unit features 13 dedicated functions, including Blast Chilling, Shock Freezing, Cold Holding, Frozen Holding, Thawing, Proofing, Regenerating, Chocolate Melting, Pasteurization, Dehydrating, Low-Temperature Cooking, and Automatic Chilling and Freezing.
With a capacity to accommodate (9) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (18) 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans, this unit is ideal for high-volume operations. It offers a rapid blast chill capacity of 110 lbs, cooling from 194°F to 37°F in approximately 90 minutes, and a rapid shock freeze capacity of 110 lbs, freezing from 194°F to 0°F in about 4 hours, based on tests with 2" thick food products.
Additional features include USB HACCP data transfer, automatic cold and frozen holding, a left-hinged door, touch pad controls, a temperature probe, and an automatic SANIGEN® sanitation system. The unit is equipped with a self-contained air-cooled condensing unit, four stainless steel wire shelves, and adjustable stainless steel legs. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel both internally and externally, it ensures longevity and ease of cleaning. The unit operates with R290 Propane Refrigerant and is ETL Certified for electrical safety and sanitation standards. Note that the unit comes with a cord but no plug; a suggested plug is L15-30P NEMA.
