The Irinox MULTIFRESH NEXT S ESSENTIAL STANDARD is a high-performance blast chiller and shock freezer designed for commercial kitchens. This reach-in unit features a capacity to hold (5) 18" x 13" sheet pans or (4) 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans (pans not included). It offers five essential cycles: Blast Chilling, Shock Freezing, Cold Holding, and Continuous Modes, ensuring versatility in food preservation.
With a rapid blast chill capacity, it can reduce the temperature of 55 lbs. of cooked food from 194°F to 37°F in approximately 90 minutes. The rapid shock freeze capability allows for cooling from 194°F to 0°F in about 4 hours, making it ideal for maintaining food quality and safety.
The unit is equipped with USB HACCP data transfer, automatic cold and frozen holding, and a temperature probe for precise monitoring. The touch pad controls provide user-friendly operation, while the automatic SANIGEN® sanitation system ensures cleanliness. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, both internally and externally, it includes one stainless steel wire shelf and adjustable legs for stability.
The self-contained air-cooled condensing unit operates with R290 propane refrigerant and is ETL certified for compliance with UL 471 electrical safety standards and NSF-7 sanitation standards. The door is hinged on the left side, and the unit comes with a cord (plug not included; suggested plug is L6-15P NEMA).
