The Irinox MULTIFRESH NEXT SL EXCELLENCE ECO-SILENT is a versatile blast chiller and shock freezer designed for professional kitchens. This reach-in unit features 13 dedicated functions, including Blast Chilling, Shock Freezing, Cold Holding, Frozen Holding, Thawing, Proofing, Regenerating, Chocolate Melting, Pasteurization, Dehydrating, Low-Temperature Cooking, and Automatic Chilling and Freezing.
It accommodates up to five 18" x 26" sheet pans or eight 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans, ensuring ample capacity for various food items. The unit boasts a cooling and freezing yield capacity of 66 lbs, with noise levels kept to a minimum due to the advanced electronic 5-speed evaporator and variable speed condenser fans.
Operating within a temperature range of -31ºF to +185ºF, it achieves rapid blast chilling from 194°F to 37°F in approximately 90 minutes and shock freezing from 194°F to 0°F in about 4 hours, based on tests with 2" thick food products.
Additional features include USB HACCP data transfer, automatic cold and frozen holding, touch pad controls, a temperature probe, and an automatic SANIGEN® sanitation system. The unit is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, includes two stainless steel wire shelves, and is equipped with adjustable legs. It operates with R290 Propane Refrigerant and is ETL Certified for electrical safety and sanitation standards. The unit comes with a cord but no plug; a suggested plug is L6-15P NEMA.
