The Jackson WWS RackStar 44CE Energy Recovery Dishwasher is a high-performance conveyor-type unit designed for efficient and effective dishwashing. This high-temperature sanitizing dishwasher features a single tank design with a capacity of approximately 223 racks per hour, utilizing only 0.35 gallons of water per rack.
Equipped with a powerful 27.0 kW booster heater that raises water temperature to 70°C, it ensures thorough sanitization. The fully automatic operation includes an auto-fill feature and a digital temperature readout for precise monitoring. The dishwasher offers a 19-3/4" clearance, accommodating various dish sizes.
The RackStar 44CE incorporates Energy Recovery technology, enhancing energy efficiency while maintaining optimal performance.
