The Jackson WWS TempStar FL-VER is a high-performance ventless door-type dishwasher designed for efficiency and reliability in commercial kitchens. It boasts an electric tank heat with a built-in booster heater that provides a 70°F rise, ensuring optimal sanitation. Capable of processing approximately 41 racks per hour while using only 0.89 gallons of water per rack, the TempStar is designed for maximum efficiency. The 15-5/8" vertical chamber clearance accommodates various dishware sizes, while the automatic tank fill and four timed cycles, including a delime mode, enhance usability. Top-mounted controls and a pressure regulator (for installation by others) simplify operation, and the vent fan control ensures proper ventilation. Powered by a robust 1 hp stainless steel wash pump motor, this dishwasher includes a large scrap basket and an electric tank heater for consistent performance.
