Description
The Jade Range JBR-JB36-RM is a high-performance gas salamander broiler designed for professional kitchens. This 36" Bistro™ range-mount model features powerful infrared burners that deliver 35,000 BTU for efficient cooking. The counterbalanced roll-out grid carriage offers four locking positions for versatile cooking options. Constructed from durable stainless steel on the front, sides, bottom, and top, this broiler ensures longevity and easy maintenance. Ideal for mounting to compatible units, it meets CSAus and NSF standards for safety and quality.
