Description
The Jade Range JGM-2484 Supreme™ Griddle is a high-performance gas countertop unit designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring an expansive 84" cooking surface with a 1" thick smooth steel plate, it provides ample space for preparing a variety of dishes. The manual controls allow for precise cooking without the need for a temperature thermostat, ensuring consistent results. Equipped with pilot tips for easy ignition, this griddle also includes 3" high stainless steel side and rear splashes to contain spills and enhance safety. With a powerful output of 210,000 BTU, it delivers exceptional heat for efficient cooking. The unit is CSAus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
