Description
The Jade Range JGT-2484-F Supreme™ Griddle is a high-performance gas floor model designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring an expansive 84" cooking surface with a 1" thick smooth steel plate, it ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. The griddle is equipped with precise thermostatic controls for accurate temperature management, along with pilot tips and a spark igniter for reliable ignition. Its durable construction includes 3" high stainless steel side and rear splashes to contain spills and enhance safety. The unit stands on sturdy 25" legs with an undershelf for additional storage. With a powerful output of 210,000 BTU, this griddle meets CSAus and NSF standards, making it a dependable choice for any busy kitchen environment.
