Description
The Jade Range JGT-2484 Supreme™ Griddle is a high-performance gas countertop unit designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring an expansive 84" cooking surface with a 1" thick smooth steel plate, it ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. The griddle is equipped with precise thermostatic controls for accurate temperature management, along with pilot tips and a spark igniter for reliable ignition. Its 3" high stainless steel side and rear splash guards help contain spills and splatters, maintaining a clean workspace. With a powerful output of 210,000 BTU, this griddle is built to handle high-volume cooking demands. The unit is CSAus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
