Description
The Jade Range JSHBR-36-36C is a Titan™ Heavy Duty Upright Radiant Broiler designed for high-performance cooking. This gas-powered, 36-inch single-deck broiler features durable ceramic radiants that ensure even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. The roll-out grid carriage and lift-out grids provide easy access and cleaning, while the convection oven enhances cooking efficiency. It includes two chrome-plated oven racks for versatile cooking options. Constructed from stainless steel, this broiler is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. With 120,000 BTU of power, it delivers exceptional performance. The unit is equipped with 6-inch adjustable legs for stability and ease of installation. Certified by CSAus and NSF, it meets rigorous safety and sanitation standards.
