The Jade Range JTRH-18B-1FHT-36 is a robust 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. This Titan™ model features an 18" charbroiler and an 18" French hot top, providing versatile cooking options. Manual controls allow for precise adjustments without a temperature thermostat. The standard oven is equipped with two chrome-plated racks and two drip trays, ensuring efficient cooking and easy cleanup. The stainless steel oven liner enhances durability and hygiene. Additional features include a 6" plate shelf, front and side panels, a stub back, and a tray bed, all crafted from stainless steel for longevity. The range stands on 6" adjustable legs for stability and ease of use. With a powerful output of 110,000 BTU, this range meets CSAus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any professional kitchen.
