The Jade Range JTRH-36SB is a 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for professional kitchens. Featuring a Titan™ Robata Range Match Heavy Duty Broiler, this unit includes two powerful infrared burners that deliver exceptional heat for optimal cooking performance. The infinite manual controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, while the removable grates and drop-in charcoal/briquette basket enhance versatility for various cooking styles. An adjustable air shutter ensures efficient airflow, and the insulated cabinet base provides added safety and energy efficiency.
