Featuring forced air heat, this cabinet ensures plates are kept at optimal temperatures. Its robust welded double-wall stainless steel construction guarantees durability and longevity.
Equipped with two self-elevating dish dispensing tubes, it accommodates plates ranging from 8-1/4 to 9-1/8 inches in size. The unit includes two stainless steel heat-retaining covers to enhance heat retention. Corner bumpers provide added protection, while the 4-inch Lake-Glide™ swivel casters, two of which have brakes, allow for easy mobility and stability.
With a 7-foot power cord and a NEMA 5-15P plug, the dispenser operates at 750 watts and 6.5 amps on a 120v/60/1-ph power supply. This product is UL and NSF certified and proudly made in the USA.
