The Lakeside Manufacturing E6212 Express Heat™ Plate Dispenser Cabinet is designed for efficient and mobile food service. Featuring forced air heat and an enclosed base, this unit ensures plates are kept at optimal temperatures. Constructed from welded double-wall stainless steel, it offers durability and longevity. The cabinet includes two self-elevating dish dispensing tubes, accommodating plates ranging from 11-1/4" to 12-1/4" in size. It comes with two stainless steel heat-retaining covers to enhance heat retention. The design includes corner bumpers for added protection and is equipped with 4" Lake-Glide™ swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability.
