Featuring a spacious 72" W x 30" D cooking surface, it is equipped with a 1" thick smooth steel griddle plate that ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. The embedded electric snap-action thermostats allow for precise temperature control ranging from 220° to 550°F, complemented by pilot safety for added security. Constructed with a durable welded steel frame and a sleek stainless steel exterior, this griddle is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. The 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard helps maintain a clean cooking area, while the 3-1/2" front grease trough and 8 qt. stainless steel grease drawer facilitate easy cleanup. The unit is supported by 4" stainless steel legs with 1-5/8" height adjustment for stability on various surfaces. With a powerful output of 210,000 BTU, this griddle is ideal for high-volume cooking.
