This half-size unit features ECOH convection technology, accommodating up to five 13"x18" half-sheet pans or 12"x20" hotel pans. With Platinum controls, it offers up to 99 programmable settings for precise cooking and holding. The non-heated holding cabinet can hold four additional half-sheet or hotel pans, while the PFMB proofing cabinet supports up to twelve half-sheet or hotel pans. The unit includes five racks for optimal organization and comes equipped with 6" legs and casters for easy mobility. It meets cETLus, cULus, and NSF standards for safety and performance.
