The Lang Manufacturing R30S-ATAM is a 30" electric restaurant range designed for marine environments. It features four 8" French plates for versatile cooking options and a standard oven base with three adjustable rack positions, including one oven rack. The solid state thermostat allows for precise temperature control from 150°F to 450°F, complemented by a convenient 1-hour timer. Built with a 2" vented stainless steel stub back and a durable 430 stainless steel exterior, this range is both functional and easy to maintain. It includes flanged bolt-down legs for stability, a grab bar for safety, and a sea rail for added convenience. The two-piece hatchable construction ensures easy access and cleaning.
