The Metro C515-HFC-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This half-height unit features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility and access. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 190°F, ensuring optimal temperature control for your food items.
The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Its sturdy aluminum construction and 5" casters (two with brakes) provide mobility and stability. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
